Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Boxi Xiong

Natural bodybuilder and founder of Built by Boxi, and I’ve been lifting for well over 10 years. Through my journey I've been constantly learning, evolving, and pushing my limits. I started my journey in powerlifting and powerbuilding, where I focused on strength and performance, before transitioning into bodybuilding, refining my approach to emphasize aesthetics, muscle symmetry, and conditioning. Through years of training and experimenting with different methods, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to build muscle, gain strength, and create a sustainable, long-term physique.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking to get in shape to competitive athletes preparing for the stage. My coaching style blends hypertrophy training, strength development, and body recomposition, ensuring my clients don’t just look strong, they are strong. As an athlete with Muscle Nation, I lead by example, proving that discipline, consistency, and the right strategy can transform anyone’s physique. Built by Boxi isn’t just about fitness. It’s about building the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
